  • Fall 2025 Healthy Meals Summit Call for Proposals: School Nutrition Walk & Learn Expedition Hall

  •  Thank you for your interest in being part of the Fall 2025 Healthy Meals Summit!

This summit aims to recognize and celebrate Healthy Meals Incentives Recognition Awardees, School Food System Transformation Challenge grantees and partners, and those who support school nutrition programs as they aim to improve the nutritional quality of school meals. The Fall 2025 Healthy Meals Summit isn’t merely a meeting, but a catalyst for improving the health of our Nation’s children through better nutrition. It supports the goals of “Make America Healthy Again” by encouraging school nutrition professionals to embrace healthy school meals and incorporate real food grown by American farmers, ranchers, and producers in the school food supply.

The Fall 2025 Healthy Meals Summit will take place at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV, on October 22nd and 23rd, 2025.

We welcome School Food Authorities, School Food System Transformation Challenge grantees and partners, and non-profit organizations to submit a proposal for an interactive and informative station that will provide our attendees with hands-on learning experiences and sharing of best practices. Presentations should be visually appealing, informative and engaging, with a focus on quick takeaways so that participants can visit multiple stations.
